So long waiting. More than 3 months.

Very bad. The goods did not arrive within 3 months. The app is marked as delivered, but in reality it is not. The seller refuses to return the money and requires evidence of the lack of goods. I sent all the screenshots from the Aliexpress application and mail. This was not enough for a return. What other evidence can be provided about the missing product?
